Standing Seam Forming Machine

This roofing machine is a cold roll forming machine specifically designed for metal roofing processing. It primarily produces YX65 series standing seam roof sheets and can simultaneously produce four effective widths of 280/400/500/600mm without changing the core mold. It is suitable for the construction of aluminum-magnesium-manganese and color-coated steel standing seam roofs for large public buildings (high-speed rail stations, airports, stadiums, etc.) and is a core piece of equipment for building metal roofing processing.

Production Process

Roll feeding → Uncoiling → Manual pre-cutting to length → Feeding guide → Cold roll forming → Hydraulic post-cutting → Finished product collection. The entire process is automated and requires only 1-2 operators.
