Installation Terms

On-site Installation

Our engineers can be arranged to your factory for machine installation and commissioning.

All related expenses shall be borne by the buyer, including round-trip air tickets, local accommodation and engineer salary of USD 150 per day.

The buyer needs to provide on-site assistance during installation and commissioning. 

Online Installation

We supply complete installation videos, operation manuals and maintenance handbooks together with the roll forming machine.

Guarantee

Beenew machine warranty period lasts 24 months starting from the B/L date.

Within the warranty term, we offer free repair for failures caused by manufacturing defects.

Charges for spare parts will apply if damage arises from improper operation or other buyer-caused factors.

All supplied machines are brand new, unused, constructed from premium materials with superior workmanship, and fully comply with contracted specifications, quality standards and performance requirements.
