Standard forming specifications (customization supported)

The equipment can produce two types of purlins, C and Z. The dimensional parameters are fixed within a range, and the thickness is 1.5-3mm for both. Specifically:

C purlins: A=100-300mm, B=50-80mm, C=10-20mm;

Z purlins: A=140-300mm, B=50-80mm, C=10-20mm.

Packaging & Shipping

Beenew roll forming machine is packaged with export standards. A thick layer of waterproof plastic film is wound around the machine to prevent water from corroding the surface during transportation, avoid scratches on the paint, and prevent the machine from getting dusty.

After loading the rolling forming machine into the container, we will use high-strength steel wire ropes to tighten and secure the machine, preventing it from moving or colliding during sea and land transportation, and ensuring that the machine arrives at the customer's factory are good.

Application scenery

Steel purlin is a cold-formed and galvanized secondary load-bearing structural component. Z-profile beams are mainly used for large-span continuous roofs. The joint structure of these beams offers better load-bearing performance and smaller deflection. The C-shaped purlins are used for roof and wall beams of relatively small spans, as well as various auxiliary supports.
