How to use the rain gutter making machine?

The use of the rain gutter making machine mainly includes the following steps.

Preparation before starting

Close the vacuum breaker valve, bottom drain valve and condensate pump outlet valve of the fresh water generator.

Open the condenser inlet and outlet valves and condenser vent cyclone, introduce water into the condenser until water flows out of the condenser vent cyclone, and then close the vent cyclone.

Open the evaporator heater hot water inlet and outlet valves and evaporator vent cyclone, and close the vent cyclone after water flows out of the evaporator vent cyclone.

Startup Process‌

Open the suction valve of the water pump and the discharge valve of the jet pump, and confirm the water supply regulating valve.

Start the water pump to supply working water to the jet pump, and the evaporator begins to evacuate.

Open the water supply regulating valve to adjust the water supply. When the vacuum degree in the distiller reaches 93%, gradually close the heater regulating valve and gradually increase the heating capacity of the evaporator.

After steam production begins, increase the cooling water volume of the condenser to maintain a suitable vacuum degree and evaporation intensity.

When the fresh water level reaches 1/2 of the condenser water level, start the condensate pump, open the condensate pump outlet valve, and start the salinity meter at the same time‌

Disable Action‌

Open the heating water regulating valve, close the evaporator heating water inlet and outlet valves to stop heating.

Close the condensate discharge valve and stop the condensate pump.

Stop the water supply pump.

Open the cooling water regulating valve, close the condenser cooling water inlet and outlet valves, and stop the cooling water supply to the condenser.

Open the vacuum breaking valve. If the out-of-service time is long, open the drain valve to drain the water in the condenser.
